    "Every pair of custom crocs is a meticulous labor of love. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for your shoes to be handcrafted, fully cured, quality checked, and prepared for dispatch. Standard shipping takes an additional 3–5 business days. T-shirts are printed on demand and typically ship separately within 5–7 business days."

    Return Policy:

    "Because our custom 'Bubbles' and 'Braille' crocs are handcrafted to order based on your unique color and design choices, all custom footwear sales are final sale. We cannot accept returns, modifications, or exchanges once production begins. If your item arrives damaged or a bead loosens during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and our team will gladly repair it for you."
