Crocs-N-Tops is an independent custom footwear and apparel shop. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Crocs, Inc. Any brand names referenced are the property of their respective owners.

Shipping Policy:

"Every pair of custom crocs is a meticulous labor of love. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for your shoes to be handcrafted, fully cured, quality checked, and prepared for dispatch. Standard shipping takes an additional 3–5 business days. T-shirts are printed on demand and typically ship separately within 5–7 business days."

Return Policy:

At Crocs & Tops, every item is created and prepared with care. Because our inventory is custom-made, our return policy differs based on the type of product purchased.

Custom Footwear

Because our custom 'Bubbles' and 'Braille' footwear are handcrafted to order based on your unique style choices, these creations are completely unique to you. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, design preferences, or incorrect size selections once production begins.

We want you to love your custom pair—if your items arrive damaged, defective, or a bead loosens during transit, please contact us with clear photos within 7 days of delivery. Our team will review the issue and gladly work with you toward a fast resolution or repair.

Statement Apparel

Our shirts are custom printed to order immediately after purchase. Because we do not hold pre-printed inventory, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, color preferences, or size selections.

However, if your shirt arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we will absolutely make it right! Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@crocsntops.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund. Defective items generally do not need to be returned.

Order Cancellations

Because we begin processing your unique items quickly, orders may only be canceled before production or customization has begun. Once your apparel enters printing or your footwear enters handcrafting, cancellations can no longer be accommodated.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved by our team, it will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may take a few business days to reflect on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
