Are your Crocs handmade?

Why are Braille Luxury Crocs more expensive than standard Crocs?
Unlike mass-produced footwear, our custom collections require extensive handcrafting. The Braille Luxury Collection in particular involves meticulous placement of individual beads and embellishments, making each pair highly detailed and time-intensive to create.
Can I request a completely custom design?
Absolutely. We welcome custom requests.

Will my custom Crocs cost more than the listed price?
Most custom designs are covered by the listed price.
However, certain specialty, premium, oversized, rare, or hard-to-source embellishments may require an additional charge. If your requested design falls into this category, we will contact you for approval before production begins.
Can I choose my own colors and letters?
Yes. Most custom orders allow you to choose your preferred colors, lettering, themes, and design elements.
Do you accept returns?
Because custom Crocs are made specifically to your requested design, all custom footwear sales are final.
If your item arrives damaged or experiences a craftsmanship issue during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
